Looks at the lives and conditions of the teenagers living in the Orchard Park housing project in Boston, Massachusetts following the killing of two boys by teenagers from the project. Cross interviews family and friends of the boy that shot the gun and the two boys that watched. Looks at the role the Boston Youth Outreach Program plays in the lives of the youth. Also looks at how the laws in Boston are changing in regards to teenagers being tried as adults.
